Action Absorbs Anxiety

Join Our Movement: Empowerhered – A Sisterhood that CARES.

Our pillars—Community, Action, Respect, Empowerment, and Service—guide everything we do. Each month, we mobilize to support a wide range of local organizations serving disenfranchised populations. Our volunteer efforts primarily focus on LGBTQ+, immigrant, and women’s rights causes, while also addressing critical issues such as food insecurity. As well, we gather regularly to support each other in team building activities. In all that we do, we strive to bring positivity and purpose. See us in action in multitudes of photos on our “Through the Lens” tab.

EmpowHERed Action Groups

EmpowHERed is focused on taking action on key issues and in local community efforts. We’d love for you to join an action group and be part of the change!  These groups are smaller in size and scope so it’s a great opportunity to really make a difference and work with a wonderful group of women!
